We understand that compliance is not always fun and we are sorry that technical difficulties are making training even more painful. Please try these few quick tricks:
- Browser: If you are using Internet Explorer, please know that the training may not load or may take significant time to do so. Please try using a different browser such as Chrome or Safari.
- Username/Password: If you are unable to login to the training, please try to copy and paste both your username and password directly from the instructions. The system requires exact punctuation and capitalization for access.
- Completion/Attestations: If you can’t find the attestation, please visit the last slide in your training module. From there, you will click on a slide to access the attestation form. Complete the attestation form to confirm your understanding of the training and hit submit.
